Registration

  • Create a fabulous installation/decoration in the Feast hall this year! Leads must coordinate with Kudra, and get the registration code to register for an invitation in this category.
  • 2x in the night. 8pm + 10pm. make sure supplies are stocked, any big messes are cleaned if a hazard or unpleasant.
  • Help David Rugerio set up a candle/luminary making party. David must approve all "partners" (leads) before they register for this volunteer position.
  • Arrive by 5:30pm for early shift people. Help greet, welcome, check in, direct Feast guests and assist in labeling dishes for banquet food tables.
    4 people at door 6-8pm with guest lists and hand stamps 2 people 8-10pm. 1 Security person handles after 10pm-finish.
    8 people at door 6-8pm to greet and assist with dish labeling and setting potluck dishes on tables.
    Get pre familiar with Vegie, meaty tables - know the lay of the land early in the eve to make sure all goes smoothly.
  • These People Lead the Head Dress Making Parties. Making headdresses at this function does not get a volunteer invitation this year. Positions for coordinators have been filled for this year.
  • Make invitations with Laura Baumwall. You must have a code from Laura in order to register for these positions.
  • 2 hour shifts, 1 person at each of 4 doors
    6-8pm
    8-10pm
    10pm-12am
    must attend Security meeting Tuesday 12/20 7pm at site of event
  • Manage the site as per their own decided Job Descriptions. All Site Coordinator jobs have been filled for this year
  • Needs to have a big Truck. Involves runs before and after Feast. May include gathering greens.
  • Coordinates volunteer leads, manages volunteer data base and invitation distribution
  • Recycle, compost, trash. All nice and tidy. We need 4-6 people helping a few times 8pm, 9pm, 10pm in the night to cruise the cans and remove excess to their arranged destinations. Very easy jobs, done in teams of two. Dolly, gloves and aprons at your disposal... so to speak.

Volunteer for the Feast of the Winter Solstice!  Opportunities involve everything from security to decorating to taking out the trash! (in an eco friendly way of course!)
