Registration

  • $25 Minimum donation for admission (or, more if you can -- to support the feast!)
  • Admission granted in appreciation of a minimum of 10 hours volunteer service. (Pay what you can to support the feast!) (Wait List)
  • As a FAC member use this to sign-up your additional guests for $35. Your first "guest" is in your name. Additional guests in their name. We will assume additional registrations in your name are for your guests.
  • All in one -- Feast admission plus renew or join the Fremont Arts Council.
  • Truly Can't Afford It? Renew or join at the Living Lightly Membership Rate.
  • FAC Membership Only. Feast admission granted in appreciation of a minimum of 10 hours volunteer service. (Pay what you can to support the feast!)
  • Complementary admission reserved for our Sponsors of $1,000 or more.

The Feast of the Winter Solstice is a celebration we throw for ourselves to celebrate the year gone by, and the new year to come! Everyone is encouraged to volunteer to Help Create the feast in some way. 

Volunteering to build out the site for the Feast is an awesome experience where you get to know the community in a deeper way.  There is something magical about taking an empty hall/space, decorating it to high beauty, and adding in all the components to throw an amazing community gathering.'

Has your membership lapsed?   Are you a friend of the FAC who would like to become a first-time member?  No worries.  Sign up with the "all in one" option for feast admission and one year membership.     

Your membership dollars are essential support for the powerhouse and for community produced art events and activities year-round. 

Feast admission is $25 for FAC members.  FAC members can sign up guests for $35 each.  (Add guests at the time you register, and/or come back and add guests later.)

Feast registration fees are essential to cover the cost of the event; so we are all asked to pay as generously as we can.   

Please look at the list of opportunities and find where you will be a good fit.  Then sign up with all your information so we can communicate with you. 

Biggest needs still in these areas:

  • Night of: (a 1 or 2 hour shift 7-11 pm night of event)           
  • Day after:  Cleanup at the site (with truck) 
  • Food Donations for Build Volunteers. (to feed a crowd).

Living Lightly?:  We know that some of us are financially strapped.  If you truly cannot afford the FAC membership, this option is for you.  Same member benefits, made accessible for our friends on a tight budget.  Please be generous and pay what you can to support the FAC and the Feast. 

Super Volunteer?  These positions are mostly full.  If interested, sign up on the wait list and let us know how you can help (or have already).  We will get back to you to confirm if you are pre-approved, or, an invoice for feast admission that you can pay on-line:

- Crew Shifts:  Door Entry (8-10 pm) Clean up on Dec. 22 (all day), "My Truck & Me" (as needed); feast closing (late on night of).

- Musicians (band members playing at the feast that are new to the FAC)

- Expertise?  Do you have a special skill to offer?
